Doing the right thing.

Quality, competence and transparency are our brand essence. For us as an accredited laboratory for food analysis as well as for the analysis of animal feed, drinking water and pharmaceuticals, they are always the objective and a central component of our actions. This applies to all internal and external processes. In this way, we want to be a reliable partner for all those who rely on our work, products and services or are indirectly influenced by our actions. Moral, ethical or legal abuses contradict our fundamental concept of fair dealings with each other and have no place at the ifp. We are grateful for any information that helps us to get closer to this goal.

Giving an anonymous report.

Such grievances, misconduct or suspicions can be pointed out here. We want to do everything we can to justify the trust placed in us. All reports made here are confidential and anonymous. The underlying processes are designed to protect whistleblowers and comply with the EU Whistleblower Directive of the European Parliament of 16 December 2019. However, if you voluntarily provide personal information, you consent to this information being used in the processing of your report.

Should I really?

If something happens that is contrary to the ifp's values and guidelines, business ethics or even legal requirements, or has a negative impact on the health and life of people or our company, then it is good for us to know about it. Of course, you can always get in touch with the relevant contact person at the ifp directly. However, if you would prefer to make an anonymous report, this is the right place to do so.

You do not have to be able to prove a suspicion. Nevertheless, your reports here can have far-reaching consequences. Therefore, we would like to ask you to act only to the best of your knowledge and to provide truthful information.
